Vipers led in the opening minutes through winger Elijah Riyong.
Lahanis bounced back with a converted try to draw 6 all. Lahanis managed a try while Vipers bagged two tries to lead 16-10 at half- time.
Vipers maintained lead in the second half, clinching four tries including one from the Skipper Larsen Marabe.
Lahanis with crowd advantage fought hard but succumbed to Vipers 14- 36 at full time.
Captain Larsen Marabe was credited man of the match while Prime Minister Peter O’Neill presented the Cup to the Vipers. [EMTV]
